I joined the Fishers Exercise Coach in December 2017 and enjoy my workouts with the coaches at this facility. It is amazing how 20 minutes, 2 days a week can change your body for the better. I can really see and feel the difference these workouts have made. The coaches are friendly and motivating and I like that the workouts are changed at a frequency that keeps you engaged and not bored. When they are getting ready to set up a new workout, they ask you if there is a specific area you want to work on and then incorporate new exercises for that area. It's been a great experience and I will continue to workout at the Fishers Exercise Coach studio. Thanks to all the coaches and their encouraging and professional attitudes!
I have been working out at this location since Oct 2018. Words can't describe how much better I feel, not to mention how much better I feel about myself! It is unbelievable what can be done in just 20 minutes. I was skeptical too, but it absolutely works! I have new muscle in my legs, chest, shoulders and arms. You will be tired after a 20 minute workout.
All of the trainers have been excellent in providing encouragement, feedback, and assuring that I have been performing each exercise correctly. They have also been very active in providing changes in my routine based on my individual goals, and needs. The machines provide types of exercises that simply cannot be duplicated through free weights or the usual machines found in homes and other training centers.
The Exercise Coach® program has enabled me to strengthen my core in a quick period of time. I truly enjoy the mix between the strength training and cardiovascular components of the workouts. In addition, the coaches have inspired me to lead a healthier lifestyle by modifying my diet which has resulted in me losing several pounds and having more energy. The flexibility of the program coincides with my busy work schedule.
